Retailers pay Club Share a percentage of the purchase amount or fixed cash reward when you make a purchase via a link within your clubs's web shop. Club Share will then pass on a percentage of this reward to your club. Check out our demo site to see how much you can earn from each shop.
Payments will be issued every two months if your account balance is greater than £30. If your balance is less than £30, it will be carried forward to the next payment period.
For purchases made in:
January and February - rewards will be paid in April
March and April - rewards will be paid in June
May and June - rewards will be paid in August
July and August - rewards will be paid in October
September and October - rewards will be paid in December
November and December - rewards will be paid in February (the next year)
You can use the purchase checking utility found on your club's homepage.
Just select the approximate date on which you purchased and it will show you all your club's purchases in the period five days either side.
Rewards are tracked using cookies, so visitors should ensure that their browser accepts cookies, otherwise rewards cannot be tracked back to your club's account.
Rewards will be credited to your club's account when the retailer approves your transaction, but will not be credited for transactions where the goods are later returned, or the order is cancelled by the customer or retailer.
Retailers and third party networks taking part in the Club Share website are responsible for reporting transactions where rewards are due. Club Share cannot be held responsible or make payment to your club if they fail to do so.
If this does happen, we will contact the retailer and try to recover the reward for you. However, we are unable to guarantee payment as the retailer's decision is final. If problems do occur, we will review and remove merchants if necessary.
Cashbacks can be removed if the goods are later returned, or if the order is cancelled by the customer or retailer.
